First time Apartment/hotel concept stay and I was apprehensive. … but don’t be!! Trust the process!!!! Staying in an historic building on Beacon Street was everything we hoped it would be—The apartment is just like the photos and communication with the managers was wonderful! Thanks for the handwritten note and bottle of wine?
The apartment was clean, the bathroom large, the air conditioner worked well and the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The kitchen is tiny although had ample supplies for our six day stay (I did bring some coffee from home). We did not cook as there is too much great food in Boston. The tap water taste great!!
The thermostat is a little unique and takes a minute to learn. (No AirBNB type folder with detailed info at this style stay). When one of the screens went blank, our text was answered in less than a minute (after hours!!) and we were able to reset with no further issues. On our last night the tv lost internet connection. Again, we had immediate assistance (after hours) and easy resolution. They even sent a follow up text a little to make sure things were still working. This is not a 5 star luxury rental. It is a fabulous quaint apartment in a really cool part of Boston Maybe TMI…. So just book it. P.S. not much drawer space— we used the
